Media enquiries, data requests and operator partnership proposals go to contact@casinoheng.com. A note for operators: commercial arrangements never touch the rankings, and we will decline any proposal contingent on a score.

Disputes with an operator

We cannot intervene in an account dispute – only the operator controls your balance – but we log every dispute report against the operator’s reliability score, and patterns trigger immediate re-audits. Send dates, screenshots and ticket numbers to the reader desk. Your report may not fix your case, but it recalibrates the ledger for everyone after you.
