How We Rate
A score you cannot audit is an opinion. Here is the method behind every number in the CasinoHeng ledger, in enough detail to replicate it.
Twelve categories, one composite
Every operator is scored across twelve categories, weighted and combined into the single figure you see on the rankings. The columns: redeemable value at signup, ongoing free-coin accrual, measured payout speed, payout reliability, playthrough and minimum terms, lobby depth and variety, mobile performance, support responsiveness, terms clarity, state coverage, ownership transparency, and responsible-play tooling. Bonus headlines are one input among twelve – never the decision.
Real accounts, real money, real stopwatches
We register genuine accounts at every operator on the table. We claim the actual bonuses, play the balances through the required terms, submit real redemption requests and time them to the hour, and file support queries to measure response quality. Gift cards have proven the fastest redemption instrument across nearly every test; bank transfers vary operator to operator, and both appear in the payout figures we publish.
What each question is really testing
- Redeemable value, not GC headlines. Only the SC column can ever become a prize, so only the SC column anchors the value score.
- Timed cash-outs. The advertised window is a claim; our stopwatch is the verdict. Operators are scored on both speed and honesty of the claim.
- Depth versus width. A lobby is measured by genuine variety – mechanics, volatility, studios – not by raw title count.
- Mobile quality. Tested on mid-range hardware, because that is what most players actually hold.
- Coverage and ownership. Which states an operator serves, and how openly it discloses who runs it, are scored lines – opacity costs points before a single game loads.
The re-audit schedule
Scores decay without maintenance, so the ledger runs on a fixed cadence: front-runners are re-audited monthly, the full field quarterly, and any operator that changes its bonus, terms or processing gets an immediate re-check regardless of schedule. Rank changes on this site trace to a dated measurement, never to a mood.
The money question
CasinoHeng earns referral commissions when readers join operators through our links. That funds the testing. It does not touch the scores: rankings are computed from the audit ledger, commercial terms are never a category, and no operator has ever bought a position – several have asked.
